Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LeedECard at leedecard.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LeedECard lets you create and share digital business cards, capture leads who contact you through them, and — on the Pro plan — draft and send AI-assisted follow-up emails. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the leads you email.
  • Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to breach, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access it in an automated or abusive way.

The follow-up email feature sends from your own connected email account. You are solely responsible for the content of those emails and for complying with applicable laws when sending them. We may suspend accounts that abuse the sending feature.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your card(s). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you publish.

5. Subscriptions & billing

  • Building and sharing a card is free. The Pro plan is $5/month and includes lead capture, lead scoring, AI follow-up drafting, and advanced analytics.
  • Pro includes a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews and your payment method is charged.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (sign-in and Gmail sending), Stripe (billing), and others described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms. When you connect Gmail, you authorize LeedECard to send the follow-up emails you configure from your account; you can disconnect at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that email delivery will always succeed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeedECard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
